In this part of the vineyard in addition to the strong presence of skeleton It also consists of a good part of clay that attenuates the stress in the hottest anate, allowing us to maintain the characteristics we love in this our bottle. Here there are three great Sangiovese, bred in guyot, which complement each other.

Vinification :
Fermentation takes place only with its indigenous yeasts,
and in particular in this wine fermentation proceeds at lower temperatures than the typical fermentation of red wines, this gives a soft scent of cherry that distinguishes it to release this Sangiovese a side that many do not know, making it perfect to serve fresh in summer, it is pleasing and at the same time contains its own complexity, it is a wine full of energy that can be felt at the taste.
Ageing :
We like to present it very young in order to exalt all the scents of a new wine, then it rests in cement until spring that is when it is bottled and it is there that it evolves.
