Our history
Everything starts from the passion and love handed down for generations, but in 2011 the choice is to take everything to a new level, renew the tradition.
There were many choices that led us to this point. My grandfather Duilio always produced wine, while my father Maurizio wanted to keep his memory alive by replanting a small vineyard, also driven by my request as a child because I didn't want the last memory of my grandfather, to whom I was very close (he always made me win at cards), to be lost.
I had the good fortune to be able to start from this vineyard to realize my dream, to continue the family traditions with the creative vein expressed in my wines.
Natural methods
Wine comes from the earth, and this is where our work begins.
We feed the soil to feed the plants.
Pruning is done manually exclusively by our family, so as to give continuity to a pruning respectful of the plant.
During flowering we use treatments based on essences and propolis that disinfect naturally, so as not to damage the eco-system of our vineyard.
We manually select and harvest grapes for all our wines.
In the winery
Fermentation takes place spontaneously,
thanks to indigenous yeasts those that our grapes naturally carry with them, in this way we preserve the characteristics that our vineyards give us.
Decanting and bottling take place in accordance with the lunar phases, a method handed down for generations and that like others we guard jealously.
Terroir
The local climate is ideal for the grape varieties we cultivate. Our Sangiovese, in particular, achieves perfect harmony between true varietal characterand the unique influence of our soil.
We decided from the outset to adopt careful, manual methods of cultivation that both respect our natural environment and enable us to create distinctive wines that are rich in aromas and flavours.
Philosophy
The ritual of our traditions, the attention to detail and a sartorial care distinguish us.
The choice of our vineyards has been both studied and guided by old myths.
The choice to grow in Organic was the first stone on which to start to respect and preserve this pristine environment and enrich it with energy and vitality.
These are the blends of which our wines are made.

Wines
Our vineyards are all extremely different from each other, this is our wealth, in this way they give us the opportunity to have fun in the winery.
This diversity has been amplified by our choices by planting particular vines with three different farming systems, spurred cordon, guyot and guyot bass.
In the winery we prefer spontaneous fermentations that give each wine its own unique and recognizable character.
